Entry 101- Vitality Has No Number

I have been on my spiritual journey now for a little over 2 years soon to be 3 years come this July. Before my journey and becoming homeless I myself was unhealthy and over weight.

I was not heavy as I was not Big per say but heavy as in when you think about a bowling ball and how there are different weights. In which one that a child can use because it's light compared to the adult one. but the shape remained the same.

I was like that. It wasn't so much the shape however I did wear larger clothes, it was more the heaviness in terms of the the bowling ball example. With that came many problems that I often faced.

Thankfully it wasn't to the point of medical problems but health problems that would lead me down the medical path eventually.

I want to put it plainly I was not doing what needed to be done to take care of my body.

I ate a lot of junk food and often had chest pains and couldn't walk for a long time or stand for a long time or sit for a long time either. I was a mess.

Mind you I've never smoked or really cared for drinking. I drank alcohol at one point but it wasn't something I really cared for. And I definitely didn't do drugs of any kind.

My skin was often extremely pail and I had dark circles often and it just didn't look healthy.

I say these things because it's not your age that gives you Vitality but how you take care of your Holy Temple.

So when I started my spiritual journey I struggled a lot with fasting and eating healthy. I began with switching to vegetarian at first and I began to lose weight slowly but surely. As time passed I noticed slight changes in my skin tone and just overall energy.

I prayed that I would be able to be at a healthy and manageable weight.

Now nearly three years in I'm a lot healthier than I ever was because I made the effort to clean my Holy Temple from the things that don't belong.

My skin is softer and I just use water to wash my face. I stopped using all the chemical stuff in the lotions and soaps. I feel like it's made a difference.

I personally believe you can be in your twenties and look older just because you don't take care of your body from the inside out.

With all of this said you have to understand that it works the same way with animals.

Vitality has no number. You must take care of your body from the inside out so it can take care of you.

A concept that people overlook and brush off as not even important.

It is more important to listen to your body than what people tell you to take.

I take no vitamins, I drink no coffee but I do drink energy drinks and on occasion soda but even then I've lessened the amount because I used to get caffeine withdrawal migraines.

Being vegan helps you appreciate Abba Yahuah more because He provided all the food we could ever want in abundance.

The fruits and vegetables have so much goodness for our temples that we should take advantage of what is NATURALLY given to us.

I believe that animals and humans are ment to coexist together. If you watch animals you begin to see how they have emotions as we do.

I don't need to eat animal products to have a healthy life.

Don't be fooled by the experts because they are wrong. You gotta match everything you are told by Man with the Holy Spirit. Only then will you have the knowledge about food.

Animals are injected with vaccines which stay in their bodies and essentially humans end up eating the animals and it goes in to human bodies. (I'd say us but I don't eat animal products) So now you have enjested an animal with hormones and vaccines...

It's a trap ðŸŠĪ...

Once you see the system and how corrupt it is you'll make the effort to change the way you eat and start taking better care of your body.

Perhaps this was part of the reason humans according to Scripture lived a long time... I can't say a 100% they lived to over 100 years old... But it does make sense that they are much healthier than we are now which gave them more energy and they seemed younger even as they aged which allowed them to live longer...

Anyways just a thought ðŸĪ”

I have another blog of which I am putting some vegan dishes that I eat and have made. Given that I'm homeless it's not going to stop me from being healthy.

I get offered food a lot but it's All fast-food and unhealthy to begin with. Some one offered me chicken and when told we were vegan he actually told us we should reconsider so we can eat...No judgement here but think about it food is not just for filling your stomach...

Listen just because it looks like food doesn't mean it's healthy or good for you...

Also being homeless is a good reason to be healthy you don't want to have a heart attack because you eat fried  and unhealthy foods. All of which will make you gain weight and leave you with health problems.

That's all for now 😀

I'll share the link to my New blog soon.

Much Love
