Ep 1 Sept 13 2025 on Trusting in Abba Yahuah 🙌

Last year 2024, I began a series called Let’s Take a Walk: A Moment Spent with Abba Yahuah. The purpose was simple — to encourage spending intentional time with Father. In 2025, I’ve revamped this series to reflect where I am now on my spiritual journey, including the struggles, lessons, and growth I’ve experienced along the way.

Because my family and I are currently homeless, a lot can change in a single day, which means these episodes may not always be released on a strict schedule. I ask for patience and understanding. Each episode is dated and centered around a specific topic, but the message is meant to be meaningful and relevant no matter when you listen.

This series is an invitation to slow down, reflect, and walk closely with Father — right where you are.

In this first walk, I reflect on Matthew 6:25–34 and how it has carried me through my spiritual journey. Being homeless has taught me to trust Abba Yahuah completely — to let go of worry and believe He already knows what I need. As I walk and reflect, I’m reminded through nature and even my cat’s peace that His love and provision never fail.

This is my other podcast but I have the video version on my Rumble channel as well.

In this episode, I share what it truly means to seek first the Kingdom and walk the narrow path with sincerity, humility, and a heart aligned with Abba Yahuah. S2E5 Faith Without Works Is Dead

In this episode, I talk about what it truly means when Scripture says ‘faith without works is dead,’ and how real faith naturally produces fruit in our lives. I share how believing in Yahushua isn’t just a confession—it’s a transformation that shows up in how we live, love, and respond to others. Works don’t save us, but they reveal the condition of our spirit and the depth of our walk. I reflect on the good Samaritan, on the difference between giving for show and giving from the heart, and on moments from my own journey—like helping a man in need and later being blessed by that same kindness returning unexpectedly. Through these experiences, Father has shown me that character, humility, and genuine compassion are evidence of Yahushua living within us. My hope is that this episode reminds you that faith and works are meant to move together, producing fruit that honors Father in both the seen and unseen moments of life.

S2E4 What It Means To Write The Word On Your Heart

In this episode, I share what it truly means for me to write the Word on my heart—not just by memorizing Scripture, but by living it day by day. I talk about how I used to struggle with understanding the Bible, and how Father slowly taught me that real wisdom comes through experience, surrender, and applying the Word in the middle of real-life situations. From learning to trust Matthew 6:34 during homelessness, to deepening my understanding of being born again, to realizing that true worship is about Spirit and Truth, I walk through the layers of how Scripture became personal and alive in my own journey. I’ve read the Bible multiple times now, each season revealing something new, and I’ve learned that spiritual maturity isn’t measured by how many verses I can recite, but by how I live them out. My hope is that this reflection encourages you to seek a deeper, lived relationship with the Word—one that shapes your spirit from the inside out.

S2E3 What Animals Teach Us

In this episode, I share how my relationship with Twitch completely transformed the way I see animals and the spiritual lessons they carry. I talk about how I went from someone who never grew up with pets to someone who learned to listen closely—to Twitch’s cues, her sensitivities, and even her spiritual awareness. Through our journey, especially while being homeless, Father used her to teach me patience, trust, stillness, and how to pay attention to the unseen. I realized that animals live with a kind of faith we often forget: they don’t worry about tomorrow—they simply exist in the moment. And as I learned to understand her spirit and the way she reacted to different environments, I began to see how spiritually sensitive animals truly are. Caring for her has taught me so much about caring for myself, listening deeper, and walking with more discernment. I pray this reflection encourages you to notice the quiet lessons Father may be teaching through the animals in your own life.

S2E2 What It Means To Be On A Spiritual Journey

In this episode, I open up about what it truly means to be on a spiritual journey and how, for me, it goes far deeper than circumstances like homelessness or the things people see on the surface. I share how Scripture—not religion—has shaped my growth, how Yahushua’s example guides me, and how these past three years have been a wilderness season that taught me trust, surrender, and spiritual maturity. From the early verses I memorized to the moments I’ve wrestled with doubt, I talk about how spiritual growth happens in layers, through testing, discernment, and daily application. This journey isn’t about perfection—it’s about allowing Father to refine us, reveal what’s within us, and lead us into a deeper relationship with Him. My hope is that as I share my own walk, it encourages you in yours.

S2E1 Not All Who Wander Are Lost

Welcome Back To A New Season Of The Voice Within Podcast 😃 I'm excited to share these next episodes. You can always find me on my Rumble channel or on my podcast through podbean which is where you will be listening to these episodes.

In this episode, I share how stepping away from the world’s expectations led me into a deeper walk with Abba Yahuah. I talk about what it means to wander—not in confusion, but in faith—and how my own journey, even in homelessness, has brought freedom, peace, and purpose in Yahushua. This reflection is a reminder that sometimes the path that looks uncertain is the very one Father uses to shape us, refine us, and lead us home.

The Book Of Matthew Chapters 27 and 28 The Crusifixion

I have to be honest — I’ve been procrastinating on these last two chapters of Matthew. My spirit gets uneasy, because when I read them I try to slow down and hear every voice, every moment. What hits me the hardest is the portion about Yahushua’s crucifixion and the mocking by the people and the soldiers. I’ve seen many movies portray this part, and even though Scripture isn’t nearly as graphic as what it must have truly looked like, still the scenes from “Jesus of Nazareth” from the 70s come back to me.

In my own life, on this spiritual walk, I’ve faced persecution many times — though none of it compares to what Yahushua endured. Even recently, I’ve been persecuted again. But still, it’s nothing like His suffering. Father’s will be done. This is why we go through trials: because the servant is not above the Master. When I read these chapters and then look at my own struggles, it reminds me that enduring hardship is part of staying on this path, no matter how unfair or painful it feels. Father sees. He knows. Even the disciples faced persecution and death, and still today many around the world suffer for their faith.

In a way, I’m glad these chapters aren’t more descriptive — I would be crying nonstop. And while the world gets busy preparing for Christmas 🎄, I wonder how many are actually opening Scripture with a heart posture of understanding that the servant is not above the Master. How many realize the world has become so dark that you’re now “guilty until proven innocent,” and almost everything feels backwards?

As much as I dislike persecution, it reassures me that I’m on the right path. Praise be to Abba Yahuah 🙌 — He is faithful. Yahushua has already gone ahead to make a way for those who follow Him.

Here’s my encouragement to you: Don’t give up on Yahushua. The end of a matter is better than its beginning. One day you’ll realize you’ve been led along the narrow path because you are of heaven — and you’ll be Home soon. I don’t believe in a rapture, but I do believe I will enter heaven if I continue walking this path, never giving up, and trusting Father’s will above all.

love,

Ruth
